Location: Zürich Workload: Full-time Your tasks: Design and implementation of scalable backend services for our AI-powered SaaS platform Development of microservices and APIs in Go, Python, or TypeScript Architecture and operation of distributed systems on cloud infrastructure (GCP) Optimization of performance, scalability, and system reliability Integration of data sources and development of interfaces for internal AI models Collaboration with front-end and DevOps teams on system design and deployment Responsibility for code quality, testing, and documentation Contribution to the long-term backend architecture and technical roadmap Your profile: Several years of professional experience as a backend or software engineer in a cloud environment Very good knowledge of at least one of the following languages: Python, C#, or Java Experience with microservices, event-driven architectures, and API design Confident handling of databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Redis, or comparable) Knowledge of cloud technologies (GCP) and CI/CD pipelines Understanding of system architecture, scaling strategies, and observability High quality standards, structured approach to work, and enjoyment of complex systems Very good English skills (working language), German an advantage
