Main Tasks: - Responsible to define and simplify the SAP finance and sourcing processes for pharmaceutical Research & Development by identifying and leveraging best in class practices - Act as key player from Finance on cross organizational projects or functional IT projects - Handle integration of sourcing with SAP SRM and re-engineer the business process including automation and harmonization - Responsible for business support in monthly financial reviews, including product analysis, variance and control monitoring. Manage periodic review of KPI adherence. Responsible for adherence to financial compliance - Work with an international team and act as the interface between business and IT - Conduct continuous end user training. Act as a Super user lead for SAP finance and sourcing business processes - Communicate with and present to stakeholders within the organization across all levels - Change management champion The ideal candidate will have: - Extensive experience in SAP CO modules Product costing and Project systems - Proficiency of SAP SRM - Experience in a Pharmaceutical environment is a must, experience in R&D (clinical trials supply chain & manufacturing) is highly preferred - A minimum of 7 years of SAP background and experience in finance and sourcing processes - A proven consulting background with leading multinational organizations - Background in Project Management and as Business Analyst, with a proven track record in Change Management and Training - Demonstrated experience in successful global projects setup in matrix environment - Excellent negotiation skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills (communicate effectively with business customers and IT, across all levels). Team player, ability to influence and exercise business judgement - Knowledge and experience on SAP BI and master data management a plus - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus) - Former experience in a global Pharma organization is of advantage - Open to travel
