Location: Bern/Worblaufen Workload: 50-60% Your tasks: You’ll be joining our dynamic operations team as a key player in modern contact center integration projects. You’ll work on-site with customers, from our offices, and remotely. Rest assured, you’ll have the support of experienced solution architects and system engineers. As the central contact person for these projects, you’ll ensure they are completed to high standards, on time, and within budget. Your expertise and approachable demeanor will engage and motivate customers, partners, and internal team members. Your profile: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, project management, or engineering More than 5 years of experience leading IT, digital CX, digital product, AI or CRM projects Experience with contact center or calling projects is a plus You’re well-versed in cloud and unified communications technologies; if not, you want to learn Experience with Salesforce or other CRM solutions is a plus You enjoy direct contact with customers and partners and have excellent communication skills Experience with leading workshops is greatly appreciated You enjoy working as part of a team, are well-organized, and maintaining structure in your work You are certified in project management and/or agile methodologies (e.g., PMP, Prince2, IPMA, Scrum, etc.) and ideally, you are ITILv4 certified You are fluent in French and English and as a plus you are business proficient in German
