Your tasks: • Business analysis (e.g. customer and product requirements) • Product development from a business perspective (e.g. link between business and technical development; product enhancement) • Project management (e.g. set-up of internal structures and processes; budgets and resource planning; close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders regarding requirements engineering, solution architecture, quality assurance, and timely project realization) • Sales management support (e.g. account management, identification of further business potential, lead generation, preparing of offers, customer presentations, and support of sales activities) Your profile: • Good understanding of digitization trends and digital customer experiences • Good industry knowledge, especially for “front processes” incl. compliance requirements in the financial industry (further industries a plus) • 3 - 5 years of professional project/account management experience, mainly for financial institutions in Switzerland and Europe • Strong organizational and decision-making skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines • Effective and efficient working style (e.g. time and resource management) • Good written and verbal communication skills in English, German, and ideally French • Completed formal IT or business education
